SFY 2024 Intended Use Plans Available for Public Review
The State Fiscal Year 2024 DRAFT Intended Use Plans (IUP) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) are now available for public review and comment. The IUPs cover the period of July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024 and include SRF Base Program funding and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding opportunities.
The IUPs and Project Priority Lists are available on the CWSRF Program page and DWSRF Program page of www.iowasrf.com.
Public comments are welcome and written comments will be accepted through Friday, June 16, 2023. A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. to record public comments. A short presentation and a question and answer session will also be offered. Participants should use the following conference call-in information to participate:

It is anticipated that the Iowa Environmental Protection Commission will act on the IUPs at their June 20, 2023 meeting.
